CALL TO ORDER

The meeting was called to order at approximately 7:30 pm

APPROVAL OF MINUTES

Minutes from meeting on October 14, 2009 were approved as read.

MANAGEMENT UPDATE:

There was no management update.

OLD BUSINESS

NEW BUSINESS

Snow removal—reminder will be sent to homeowners in case of impending snow to please take up trash cans and to not park cars on the street.  Any decisions about having driveway cleared early will be made by the board.

Form for direct debit for monthly charges is now on the website.  All homeowners have received a memo stating this must be done by June 30, 2010 or they will be assessed a $25 fee per month.

HOMEOWNER CONCERNS

HO:  There are some chips on the Belgian Block from the Bobcat.  Vicki will be notified

HO: Damages to bushes.  This will be taken care of in the Spring

HO: 33 Wimbledon—HO met realtor for bank and asked bank name.  He was not given this info.

Discussion on snow removal—there were no complaints, thought they did a good job considering the amount of snow.
