From the Evesham Municipal Utilities Authority:

Limited supplies, rising costs and State mandated regulations make it necessary to implement watering restrictions. The Authority's water restrictions help ensure adequate water supplies for the health and safety of the community.

Water restrictions are in effect from May 1, through September 30 of each year.

THE ODD/EVEN WATERING SYSTEM DOES NOT DEPEND UPON HOUSE ADDRESS.
